John DeShazo and his wife drove all the way out from Alabama to pick up the Four Wheel Keystone camper that we rebuilt. The camper was outfitted with a new floor pack to fit newer trucks. We put a new sideliner on the camper, a vapor barrier in the roof, resealed the roof, new electrical system and a new water system. The camper was equipped with a 4 burner stove, 3 way refer, electric water pump and all the standard features that normally come with the campers. We also gave John and his wife a bag of fruit to take on the road with them. (Not a standard option for our campers.)John called us when he returned home to let us know how happy he was with the camper and has a story to share. On their way home they were stuck in a snow storm for 24 hours with temperatures below 0 degrees. John told us how the heater kept them nice and cozy for the 24 hours they were stuck and that the fruit we had given them was all they had to eat for that time. John and his wife made it home safely and are now proudly showing off the camper to the neighbors.
